International Delivery Restrictions and Duties

  1. Cancelations, Returns and Refunds

Your Right to Cancel

  • If you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel all or part of your contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the “Regulations”). You can exercise this right up to 14 calendar days after the day you receive the goods or services you ordered.
  • If you cancel your order, any paid delivery charges will be refunded once we have received all of the items you ordered (not just part of the order) to the specified address below.

Exercising Your Right to Cancel

  • To cancel your contract, you must notify us in writing within 14 calendar days after the day you receive the goods or services you ordered. You can do this by completing the parcel summary when returning your order.
  • You must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. Goods must be returned without undue delay, and in any event, within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period expires. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • Products should be returned in or with their original packaging. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from unnecessary handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

  • If the goods were delivered to a third party as per your order, you can only exercise your right to cancel if you are able to return the goods to us or arrange for them to be collected.

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days from receipt.

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied, you must note any damage or errors on the delivery documentation at the time of delivery.
